ESG (a.k.a. Environmental, Social, and Corp.-Governances, also cited as DEI i.e. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is a set of aspects considered when investing in companies that recommend taking environmental, social, and corporate-governance issues into account.
Because Takeo Tama operates in entertainment, which “can be” considered a so-called industry of aspiration, creativity, imagination, and innovation — “it is” impossible to accept that creations/productions can be made (and made well) by means of committee, ethnicity-pooling, and similar.
Songs, films, games etc. must be made by “the best people” for whatever end-results are desired.
Example:
• A certain male-actor “is” the best person to play a character in a feature-film however; ESG policies demand (or cause a demand) to insert a female-actress instead.
• It’s possible that the choice is wrong, not as good as what was previously explored.
• Maybe it works out, but perhaps this is not a good way to run brands, companies, or entities in general.
